- Benchmarks© for Executives™ is a 360-degree assessment designed to address the specific leadership issues of executives. Unlike other assessments with normative data encompassing all users, Benchmarks© for Executives™ includes only the very top-level leaders in the normative base and measures leadership behaviors needed at the top.
- The FIRO-B instrument assesses your interpersonal needs and the impact of your behavior in the workplace. Three needs are measured in two dimensions: "expressed" behavior (how much we initiate behavior) and "wanted" behavior (how much we prefer others to initiate behavior).
- Coaching Sessions utilizes individual assessments designed to measure the participant’s personality traits and characteristics, including their preferences, strengths, and areas for development. The results of the assessments will help participants understand their unique strengths and how they can use these to achieve their career and personal development goals.
