Housing reservations opened Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. ET. 

Housing Scam Warning

NEW! Spargo is the new housing company for Foodservice Conference only. Do NOT make your reservations with any other company that contacts you.

• If you book your hotel rooms through any other source, IFPA cannot guarantee the legitimacy of their claims.
• Previous attendees have fallen prey to hotel scams causing them to lose money and be without hotel rooms at the event.

Attendee Process: 

1. Register for the event. You must register for the Foodservice Conference prior to being able to make a hotel reservation.
2. At the end of registration there will be a link to be able to book housing immediately. This link will also be in your emailed registration confirmation. 
   1. If you register multiple individuals under your login and require them to book their own housing, they will need to wait 24 hours before they can make a hotel reservation. You will be able to book their room for them immediately.
3. Once you are redirected to housing, click the “Attendee” button.
4. Visit the hotel page to book your room. 
   1. If your preferred hotel is sold out, you will be able to add yourself to the waitlist; however, you must complete a reservation at another hotel to be confirmed on the waitlist.
   2. The cut-off date for housing is July 8, 2025. All cancellations and changes must be received prior to this date. After July 8, housing requests will only be accepted pending hotel availability.
   3. For Monterey Marriott and Portola Hotel & Spa, you will need to confirm your departure date when you check-in. If you do not change your departure date at check-in and depart earlier than your planned departure date, you will be charged a one-night early departure fee.

Exhibitor Process:

Exhibitors are NOT required to log in prior to booking rooms. 

1. Access the housing system
2. Select the quantity of rooms and hotel(s) of your choice and confirm. This step will hold those rooms for your company for the night of July 31 ONLY. 
3. Upon confirming your hotel and number of rooms, you will receive an email with instructions on how to provide additional information (like dates needed, credit card information and names). 
4. You will have until June 6 to assign names, dates and credit card information. Only the night of July 31 is guaranteed so it is advised to add the names, dates and credit card information sooner than later as all other nights are on a first come, first serve basis.
