Environment & Packaging: The Best of Both Worlds

Impact: We founded the Alliance for the Sustainable Packaging for Food Coalition, and the PLU sticker ban was halted.

Securing the Future of Kids' Nutrition

Impact: Lawmakers approved full funding including a $1 billion increase for fiscal year 2024.

Bringing Flexibility to the AgWater Rule

Impact: FDA adopted our recommendations, transforming the original ag water regulation to make it clearer, simpler, and more practical to implement.

The Fight for Fresh Goes to Court

Impact: A U.S. District Court halted enforcement of a rule amending H-2A visa program regulations.

Driving Climate-Smart Agriculture on the Global Stage

Climate-Smart Grant Propels Growers Forward

People attending a conference in a wooden barn with a presentation in progress.The Climate-Smart Pilot Program has recruited 82 producers representing a wide variety of commodities and hosted two climate-smart field trials as part of the “A Vibrant Future,” program. 

Impact: Producers are applying six climate-smart practices on 6,000+ acres to sequester carbon and enhance market value for climate-friendly produce.

Unlocking the Future of the Supply Chain
